T Top to door seal

I installed a new T Top seal kit from Hawks. All seals well except right where the T Top seal meets the roof/door seal in the front and back corners, under the drip rail, especially on the drivers side. There is a gap there and it usually leaves a nice area for water to get in. Its almost like the T Top seal is a tiny bit too short. I tried adjusting the window so that the window top pushes harder into the seal, but this makes the gap worse.

Any hints on how to eliminate this gap?

Re: T Top to door seal

Going to assume that all seals have been correctly installed in their respective channels.

Have the t-top seals that go on the body of the car ever been replaced? I've found the t-top side seals that go on the t-tops themselves line up differently to the body seals, depending on manufacturer. It's typically difficult (if not sometimes impossible) to get one manufacturer's t-top side seals to line up with another manufacturer's on-body seals. I had HUGE gaps on both sides after replacing my on-body seals with Soffseal, after using Metro for the t-top side seals just a few years earlier. Replaced my side seals with the same brand, now they line up nicely.

Yes, all new seals all the way around. I actually used the full kit from Hawks. It just seems like the T Top side seals are short by II this much on the front and the back.
