I've been using this board for fixing my sons 89 firebird and have found allot of useful information. So I figured I might be able to help someone out. I been looking for a drivers side front fender ground effect and the ones I was able to find were really expensive. I was able to make one by making a copy of the passenger side out of osb and using 3/16" ABS plastic. I've heated it up slowly with heat gun and molded to the shape of the osb. I originally tried heating up the ABS in boiling water but it wouldn't get soft enough to mold. It only cost me about $20 to make. Hope this helps someone.
