Got emblems and a question
Hey everyone, I just got some used 88 camaro emblems from thirdgen resource
, and they look great and all, except that one of em has a broken peg and the other has no pegs to hold it on at all
. is there any way i could take the pegs from another emblem and use some sort of adhesive to hold them on, so i can put it on my car?
or would it just be better to glue the emblem right onto the ground effets? if so, what kind of adhesive would securly fasten the emblem? i think there was some dried silicone on the emblem when i got it, but not sure. any help is appreciated.

Use 3M double sided emblem tape. Its avilable at all parts stores. I used it on my old RS emblems and after 4 years it was still holding strong when I took them off.
You can also use 3M trim and emblem adhesive to glue the emblems onto your old (assuming they are good) emblem holders. If you want total correctness, that is the way to go. Otherwise do like everone above said and use doublesided body tape.
