Stripe kit

Having trouble finding the stripe kit for my 1987 Z28. It has the four lines evenly spaced, I think it was this year only. Any info much appreciated.

1987 is one year only. Sadly, reproduction sets don't exist.

I wonder if I can get them off without damaging and possibly have them scanned or custom made. Something to look into.
