me and my buddy put money together and bought a 1987 WS6 trans am (unkown ws6 at the time), and theres no exterior door locks? like no key holes on the door? we cant find anything on it...any ideas?

There were shaved off.

 

They probably got mangled up from a theft attempt/recovery or a hack mod so they just filled them over. They all had door locks from the factory.

So here's my two cents You could add Keyless entry to the car "if you have power door locks" and Trunk too if your Trunk button works inside the cabin under the middle vents you can add a keyless trunk release.
It can be done to third gens.
AS LONG as they have working, or you can get them working POWER DOOR LOCKS not Manual.

They probably did a remote keyless thing.... I'll bet you'll find some solenoids or something in the door.


Paint job looks old, but it looks like they did a good job covering up the lock hole... probably cut it out and put new metal... you'l lfind out if you look down the window or pop off the door panel
