Door glass adjustment-have leak

Door glass adjustment-have leak
I have the door glass adjust on my hard top to not catch the seal lip at the top when you close door.I assume the distance from rear of glass to sail panel is correct. The issue I have is water is just slightly dripping in at upper corner on both doors.
