Does anybody have experience replacing the hood decals on a 82-84? Mine are slightly faded and just going to go ahead and replace both. What’s the best method to get the old ones off? Steam?
maybe a heat gun and patience? I would pull the hood louvres and try a spot that's covered up. Who knows if the hood has been painted, or whatever is underneath the stickers. 3M makes a solvent based adhesive remover, strong stuff, but might damage paint.
