Hi everyone, interesting scenario here. I have an original GM headlight motor, rebuilt with new gear and bushings. The headlight motor goes up and down just fine but after like 12 cycles of up and down, the passenger side motor doesn't go back up. I need to manually loosen the **** just a bit and then it goes back up and down normally again, at least for awhile. It's almost like as I use it, the motor gets tighter to the point where after a few times it needs help loosening the ****. Has anybody run into this issue before?
