Liscence plate bumpers

Liscence plate bumpers

Does anyone know the correct size for the stem bumpers on the rear light that preveny the plate bracket from hitting the body ?

I just measured mine at 3/8" tall and has a slight taper in diameter from the base down to 1/4" at the tip
