Prepping bumpers

What is the best way to prime the front bumper of my gta? The old paint was trash so the PO sanded most of it off. There’s large areas of bare plastic. I have two friends with lots of body experience and one says to spray an epoxy primer first because it’s more flexible and less prone to cracking, and the other said spray adhesion promoter first then 2k urethane primer. What should I do?

Re: Prepping bumpers

epoxy is useless on plastic
adhesion promoter and prime is the way to go.
