Front end
Front end
Well I got into a wreck today. I got cutoff and to avoid causing a pileup I skidded and ran into the back of a bus (not a school bus). The car looks good except for the whole front end, radiator, and hood. I cant get the hood off to see whats under it, but the frame is not damaged. Everything from the mid-nose up is crushed tho. The towtruck driver said to get a new front end from the junkyard and it will be a big project to fix. The thing is I dont have alot of time or money and am now in deep doo. How much is a front end clip going for nowadays, and how long will it take to fix ?
Tow truck diver is a moron. Post a picture for us, but you can go get the fenders and front clip off any camaro from a junk yard for dirt cheap. And it isn't that hard to remove. Should be a weekend project.

It was a one day project for me. I bouht a IROC front end for my SC, it took 1 1/2 hours to take the whole clip apart by myself. Then took another 2 hours to take my SC clip off and put the IROCs onto the car and adjust everything properly. The pic in my sig doesnt have the IROC hood cause I found that it was warped while sanding it down to bare metal so I'm using the SC hood instead.
