i majorly screwed up my headlight switch and need to replace it.. would the **** style with a seperate dim switch from a 4th gen work in a 3rd gen? i know it would require some cutting and all that, but would it wire/plug in?

You might be able to get it to work, but if I were you I'd wire it up (via temporary jumper wires) and make sure everything works before you cut your dash to make it fit.

 

the most i would cut it the panel that the **** sticks thru. im almost sure it would work tho. just a matter of wiring it up to the car.
