How hard is it to take the front bumper cover on and off a 92 formula?

Easy, but kinda PITA.

You have to remove the headlight assemblies and the center tray thing first (that's the only way I've done it anyways...) Then you can get at the nuts holding the fascia on on the sides (I think these are 10/11mm). There are also some bolts on the underside that are easy to remove. Installation is reverse of above, but you'll want to get new nut thingys for the side bolts...you'll know what I mean when you see them.

Headlight removal isn't necessary, at least on the 85-90 style, and I doubt highly that the 91 mounts differently. You can reach the side nuts easily by removing the plastic inner fender and reaching in or using a long extention.

Re: front bumper removal<--- help

Thread resurrection! I'm missing the two speed nuts/palnuts (whatever you call them) on my driver's side and tried an assortment of standard size nuts that I grabbed at the parts store. Yeah, no. either just a bit too small to thread all the way, or just too big and slide on the stud. Does anyone know which size (metric 10 or 11 is what previous poster stated) and more importantly WHERE I can get some replacements? I've been all over the fastener sites on the net and have yet to find any that resemble the ones on the passenger side. Any help would be appreciated!
