Proper jacking points for my IROC?

Hi guys, got another question for everyone. Could someone let me know the safe and proper places to jack our cars up on. I have it sleeping for the winter with blocks and jackstands. But for future reference I would love to know. Pics would be helpful as well! Since I am not very familiar with the undercarrage/suspension parts.

If raising the front I usuall put my jack under the front cross-member and then slide jackstands under the sway bar bushing supports. For the rear, I jack up the diff, and use jackstands on the axle tubes. I think Vader posted a pic sometime ago regarding proper jacking points.

If you're like me you'll want to use your frame rails. All the front suspension, engine, crossmember, and the rear suspension is all coming off so I really don't have a choice.

Another advantage of having subframe connectors.
