Different color guage faces and more.
Has anyone done up different guage faces other that the usual "White". Like blue, ect.. Anyone have some pics? Also does anyone have any pics or opinions on using blue bulbs with a stock guage panel.. would it look any good? or would colored bulbs be only useful with "white" guage faces.. Thanks

Yeah, blue would look good with white gauges and maybe stock, but I can't think of another color it would look good with. BTW: Anyone know how many bulbs I need to change in an 89 IROC cluster? Its a 145 speedo, and I wanna put blue bulbs in. Thanks.

the 82-89 clusters have 21 "194" blubs, 22 if u have a shift light
the 90-92 clusters have 9 "194" blubs, 10 if u have a shift light & 3 "74" blubs.
the only place ull notice the color change is where there not black. white would shine the color of the light. yellow would look green if blue bulbs were used. yellow would look orange if red bulbs were used.. FYI on the 90-92 gauges there is a blue tint on the back of the gauge faces.

11 Bulbs MetalliCamaroRS. Thats replacing all the lights that
actually provide light to the guages. Its not including warning signals, turn signals, or bright lights...
I got my Blue Bulbs about a week ago from MacEwen. The
Blue Xenon are like $3.00 for a pack of 2

I don't have blue, but I do have yellow. It matches my car...
