Can I dye the Leather wrapped Shifter and E-Brake?

I pulled a T-Handle from a buick and a e-brake from a 91 Z28 from the bone yard. They both fit perfectly, but are slightly wore out becuase the are leather, could I dye them somehow?

Yes with leather dye. I don't recommend shoe polish it will just keep rubbing off. Go to a shoe repair place and ask them for some leather dye. I was given some by a friend, so I don't know the cost. But it works great, especially the black dye. Lon
