hey just lookin for some pics,and opinions on the f-40 wing on the camaro's,what do you guys think?i seen it in a super chevy magazine a little while ago,and really liked it,i think i am going to get it,but just would like to see what it looks like on some other cars first.thanks

Why? F40 is the RPO code from GM for the '91-92 wing on Z28's.

but I think the assumed that he was talking about Ferrari F40 wing , which is a huge spoiler... but of course on that car it's functional... so it's far from rice..

btw , I had the pleasure of being driven in one of those and *** damn , that car IS insane.

btw, he said F-40 , so it kinda looks like he meant that ferrari wing , and as far as I know there is an aftermarket peice for 3rdgens that resembles the real F40 spoiler..

IMO it's ugly but it would be different so if that's what you like , go for it...

However the aftermarket one for our cars looks like crap,er not that there is a good one for us.He probably is referring to the '91-92 Z28 highrise spoiler.

AH, ok.. ya for a wing that looks like that I'd just go with the 91-92 High rise spoiler.. at least it's a bolt on wing..

Its funny, i used to really love the Ferrari F-40, but I never liked the spoiler, even on that car. I guess thats why I would prefer the Testarosa...

The spoiler looks ok on the 91-92 camaros, but it still would not be my first choice.

Its only my opinion...

FYI the high rise wing first came on the '69 T/A .I wouldn't have had that on one if I bought one. just my opinion
