Easiest way probably is to drop the front of your lower valance. Look up in there, you should be able to see the two 10mm (I think) bolts holding each lamp in. Take those out. That's it.

You have to cut the seal with a razor blade then I think there is 4 tabs you have to pry loose. Clean them up and use silicon to put them back together. make sure you get a water tight seal.
I priced them at a local aftermarket autoparts store and they said they could get them for around 15 buck each. Which is well worth the money.
Be careful the lenses break easy. you may be better off buying new ones. If you cant afford new ones and you dont want to risk breaking them, try a foam glass cleaner. Spray it inside them then take a towel and screwdriver and dry it out.
This takes some time and wont get them as clean as if you took them apart, but it helps.

well I bought the 2 of them for $12.60 at a junkyard and am going to sell them on ebay so I think I'll try it, if it cracks I'll buy another one, how much you think I can get for a digital dash from a berlinetta
