Stock 86 T/A Foward hood louvers....
How are the forward most hood louvers removed from an '86 T/A?
One of the holes to access the retaining nuts under the hood is large enough to get the required 16mm socket to the speed nuts, but the inside(toward the center of the hood) is not. Is their a special tool required?
