door hinges

Anyone know if the kit you can order from this site is any good? Is it worth it?

Is the info on the site even right about the car becoming screwed up because of sagging doors? It sounds somewhat believable, but I'm not sure.

The guy that came up with the kit is AndyZ28. He's been a member of the boards for a while. People have had nothing but good to say about the kit and as soon as I can get around to it, I'm going to order a kit as well.

i ordered the kit 2 days ago and i must say it looks like a good kit
if you buy 2 upper hinge repair kits now you get the gm lower hinge repair kit for free
its a good deal and to my door it is costing me $127.90
its cool with me as long as i can open and close my doors again

I just ordered a kit also. It's definately better than the alternative, I'm just worried about the durability.

Looks pretty good to me. I machined my own set a few years ago out of steel that was probably about 30 rockwell, and it's lasted fairly well. These look like a better fit, and they're stronger, so I'll order a set when I'm ready to redo my doors again. And just a hint. I used a couple of wide straps and hooked them to an engine tilter on a cherry picker to hold the door while I worked on the hinges. Those things are heavy. I guess if I ever it the wall I'll appreciate them
