Manual Shift Boot On Automatic

I was jusyt wondering how it would look to put a 5spd shifter plate on an auto so that you would have the shift boot.

Has anyone done this or seen this????

Whats your opinions??? Should I do it???

You don't have to lose your auto shift plate to put a boot in. If I remember correctly on camaros you have those platic things that slide back and forth when you move the lever. When I put my 93 camaro auto console in, I took those out and got a shift boot from a car with a narrow opening to fit. In this case I go the boot from a 94 olds achieva. It fit perfectly, and I still have gear plate. I think it looks alot better.I'll have to get a pic to show you.

Well your at it then why not install a clutch peddel and hook that up to the button on the shifter.. so you could have a different ****..
