corbeau seats on a daily driver?

corbeau seats on a daily driver?
The ultima seats in my GTA needs to be repaired, and the leather covers cost at least 700usd.... Given that price I thought that maybe I should replace them for a pair of 200$ corbeau racing seats.
Are they comfy enough for a daily driver? Are they adjustable? The backrest is not, but they install on the rails system of the old seat? Or they bolt directly on the floor....
