Yep, thats my state, but I'm not into sports myself.

So how does it work that you keep the same rear axleshaft??

I assume a kit is avaliable for rear to do this?

I can get 1LE front spindles w/o problem

Like I said, you pull the axles out of the rear and change backing plates, reinstall the axles and bolt all the brake stuff off. Baer makes a kit for around $800, AndyZ28 offers one too for right around there, and there's others out there that can do them.

But again, there's probably better brakes out there. I just put together 13" x 1.1" C4 HD brakes for 3rd gens and they look great. I will have these on my RS by the weekend.

So you keep the same axle if you get the kit?

If I was able to get all the parts from wrecked cars, I would need to swap the shafts then. Alright, I think I got it figured out.

Time to make some green first

i clear coated the outside part of the rotor tonight, its high temp clear, solvent resistant as well. this should work ok. the part of the hub that mates to the wheel will be coated with a lot of never seize, i figure that should help out too. hopefully when i have more money i can get the rotors zinc plated or whatever it is. im not even sure of the quality of them so i shouldnt dump money into em if they suck, i hope they are decent rotors tho.
