Well, I've not heard anyone do this before, and did do a search, but seeing as this is a new board I didnt expect to find it in here... and didnt lol.

Anyways, has anyone done this swap yet that just hasnt spoken up? I cant figure out how the parking brake sensor works, so i cant make up my mind where I want to mount it on the 4th gen lever assembly.

I think that is the biggest problem. I can probably figure out how to get the actual parking brake line attached.

LS1 or LT1 brakes?

my bad, it's just the parking brake. But the brake is from an LS1 year TA if it makes any difference.

Just incase my above post was confusing (i've been known to make more than one confusing statement ) ... I'm looking to swap the 3rd gen parking brake lever for a 4th gen one, to go with my 97+ bird center console. Thanks for replying ebmiller... I know you're the brake guru on these boards

Thanks for the kind words but I have no idea if they'll swap or not, haven't looked into that.
