weird brake combo??

Hey guys i plan on upgrading my brakes probably by the end of the yr. i plan on gett Baer brakes for the front and rear 13'' rotors up front and 11'' rotors in the rear. im also thinkin of ditchin the brake booster for more room and a cleaner look when i drop in my 496.

would ditchin the brake booster be a problem with the baer brakes? like do you think it would stop weird?

i know from readin that guys who ditched the brake boosted didnt notice too much of a differnce just have to push the pedal alittle more.

Ditching the brake booster is a baaad idea man. Disc brakes are not self energizing and require a boat load of effort to press when there is no power assist. To see what i mean take a four wheel disc car ( if yours is not already ) to a safe unused parking lot and unhook the booster vac line and try to drive it. You will see what I mean... very difficult. This test will not work on a rear drum car because drums are self energizing and it will not be that bad. The only way around it is to install a hydro boost assist which can get pricey but utilizes hydraulic assist from the power steering pump instead of engine vacuum.
