brakes how to?

I don't know if it was already asked but I did a search and came up with nothing. I am going to attempt doing my own brakes front brakes. I have replaced pads in the past but never touched rotors. Well now my rotors are cut deep and have to get them milled down or new ones. How do I get them off? Is there like a guide online that can help me or can someone step by step it for me? I know the bearings are shot how do i rmove and replace them? For my final question, how much are new rotors, cheap ones, I have a v6 88 camaro?
