drum to disc conversion, all parts?

Ok I did a search and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

I have an 88 iroc with alum. drums. I just picked up a new rear end, complete from alum. drum to drum, which has new rear gears and posi unit (unknown year, but from a 3rd gen). I intend to install this new rearend into my car but since I've got it lying on the shop floor i decided I may as well swap it to disc brakes. So heres the question, what parts exactly do I need.. and where can I get them? I was told that S-10 pickups rears are the same.. did they come with disc?

I know I'll need calipers, discs, prop. vavle, ... new backing plate? Can someone help me out?? Also.. anyone got a complete 'conversion' kit lying around off a parts car they want to sell? Thanks!

You'll need to mod the axel flange of the drum rear end. Note the following for a PBR conversion:

Does going to rear discs require a new proportional valve when the car had rear drums? I'm helping a buddy put my old 91 10-bolt rear left over from my 9" swap into his 88 'vert this weekend.....

I originally had four-wheel discs on my 85 IROC. When I went to 1LE's all around, I swapped in a new proportioning (combo) valve and the master cylinder from a drum-equipped car, an 88 Camaro. But that's all I can confirm. Try PMing Ed Miller (ebmiller). As the resident brake guru, he may be able to offer some advice.
