I placed an order from this site, and would like to know from the Peanut Gallery how your orders were handled. I am patiently waiting for the rear caliper rebuild kit, and a package of tin clips for the seatbelt reel assembly. It has only been a few days, but figured I'd ask.

Thanks.

Expect to get a e-mail with a tracking number when the order is shipped. Don't expect express service also, normal 7/10days and if special ordered partsthe wait is longer. Not the place to get parts if your car is down.

Thank you. The brake kit is 'stock' and the reel clips are 'special order'.

they will ship them differently. I belive most of my orders have come fedex, or some "unknown" company.

I have had no "wrong parts" from them. My brother did get a damaged mirror. After some emails and getting hot with them, he got a new one.

Agree, if your car is broke down and gotta have it, they are not the place. Upgrades, mods, or only gm items they are great.

My brake light has been on since bleeding the system. What prompted the bleed was pulling on hard braking, and the observation that the rears barely work. The car does stop well on front only, and the cable brake still works, so I guess I can wait.

Thanks

If the car is pulling it may be time to replace the rubber brake hoses.

I order from them a lot....usually get my order in a week. Just placed a big break order 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet. I e-mailed them monday and they said the shipping dept. is a little backed up right now and it should be sent out this week. Normally their service is great.

Seth, the rears "hardly working" is a commen f-body problem. Order the J65 prop valve, and you will get a more even stopping, and a bit better peddle feel. Depending on your year car will depend on which partnumber you need.

As mentioned above, replace all 3 of your rubber lines too. If that doesnt solve the problem look at the calipers.

Thanks, Dale. BTW, the pulling that I mentioned occurs only after warming the brakes, so even though I will install the new hoses, the problem is a caliper, hopefully in a rear, both of which will get the rebuild. There are 4 rubber lines,; I only have 3 unused ones. The fourth is to one rear caliper, but is a low-wear item, as the caliper hardly moves from its fastenings.
The next questions will be in two weeks, when the car is back on the road. They will include the order # for the better proportioning valve, plus any dumb questions that I might think of.

Thank you all,

Seth

I had to order some stuff from them for my PBR conversion. Some of mine was special order, and it took several weeks to get it, but at least I got exactly what I needed, and cheaper than the dealer.
