Air in system

A while ago I changed over from a drum rearend to a disk rear end. I used the 1LE calipers and rotors, the ribbed aluminum years. I routed and flared new brakelines, added Earls braided brake lines and got a rebuilt MC from Auto Zone. I used the Wilwood Adj. prop. Valve per the tech article. I now have the problem of having air in the lines.

I have bleed the whole system. It has seen at least 1 gallon of fluid through the whole system. However every time I bleed the brakes I get air escaping. The E-Brake is more of a novelty item now also. It just barely works. When I press on the pedal while driving it the car stops while pulling to the right. None of the brakes will lock up though, even on a gravel road. The pedal will almost go down to the floor. Is it possible that the Master cylinder is bad or I have a leak at one of my flares?

Yes, I bench bleed the Master cylinder when I first put it on and I also rebleed it yesterday.
