Engine: turbod lt1

Transmission: t56

converting to disc

i plan on running a moser 12 bolt rear in my 88 iroc. I want to run disc brakes on it. since my iroc is not a stock disc car i was wondering what i would need to do to convert it and where i could get the parts i need

the easiest would be to go to a junk yard and get everything different from a disc brake car.
