Vacuum for Power Brakes

So how can I hook up my vacuum line for my brakes using a super vic intake manifold and a might demon 850 carb, the intake manifold has no place to hook up a vacuum line and the carb only has 2 small ones guessing 1/4" none that would work with the 3/8" hose for the brakes.

Drill and tap a 1/4 NPT hole into a 1/2" spacer and put a hose barb in it.

An open spacer increases plenum volume for better high RPM performance, while the 4 hole one increases the booster signal for better low RPM performance, or some such thing.
