which proportioning valve?

Car: 1987 camaro lt
Engine: 305 4 barrel
Transmission: th 700r4
which proportioning valve?

i have a 87 camaro w drum rear brakes i am putting a 3:73 disk brake rear out of a 84 firebird. my question is can i take the proportioning valve out of the firebird and put it in the camaro and have the brakes work fine?

Transmission: T-5
Axle/Gears: 3.42 lsd 10 bolt
Yes the proportional valve from the 84 4wd will work in the 87 better than if the 87 drum was kept.
