So has anyone ever put together symptoms of a bad prop valve?

So has anyone ever put together symptoms of a bad prop valve?

I am getting to many conflicting suggestions to my brake problem.
Might be a useful to other and sticky it.

A proportioning valve is used to limit the maximum pressure going to the rear brakes. If your prop-valve isn't working you will have excessive wear on the rear brakes and rear brake lock-up problems. If the valve is stuck closed you will have very little rear brake wear. If your car has drum brakes out back make sure the wheel cylinders are 100% (no leaks, moving freely) before tearing your combo-valve (it has 3 functions on our cars) out and replacing.
