spindle question

okay, I'm severely confused.

I've been looking on here for about 2 weeks now, and LS1 brakes seem to be the best cost:brake ratio.

as far as I can understand, basically you have to modify the spindle, add a bracket, and ground a rotor down to a hub.

what I want to know is, are the 4th gen spindles able to just bolt up to our spindles? there are fully assembled spindle/rotor/caliper/pad/brake line setups for sale, and they seem very similar to our spindle setups, so I was wondering if it were possible.

I have used the search feature, but I really haven't found any dinfinitive answers on this.

thanks for the help.

Not possible, totally different design which is why we have to do all the stuff we do to make them fit.
