C4 13in HD/LS1 front brake question

I am about ready to do my brake upgrade for the front of my car, not trying to rehash topics as the brake threads keep getting better and better, but if you know of a specific thread that would help me that would be great, after gathering all the parts over period of time, I am at a crossroad, just want to know anyone can give me your best opinion for the best brake setup with the parts I have, here is what I have:
(1pair) 92 spindles drillied cut and tapped
(1pair) LS1 calipers/rotors/carriers and adapter plates.
(1pair) used stock 3rd gen rotors
(1pair) used B4c/1LE rotors
(1pair) 1LE calipers w/pads and earls lines
(1pair) C4 13/hd carriers w/hardware
(1pair) 13in C4 hd/rotors
The car is an 87IROC J65 car, fresh master cylinder, w/LS1 rear brake setup, calipers mounted in rear position, 1LE earls lines, refabed ebrake cables and brackets and stock J65 prop valve, (w/17in rims).
Q: Can I use the 13in hd rotors, LS1 calipers/carriers, which hub?
and which thickness adapter plate? will it work? or are the
13in hd rotors too thin for the LS1 caliper. I prefer the LS1
caliper for its larger size and girth, and will tophat both
sets of rotors as the price is about the same. There is a lot
of brake threads out there, just didnt find the exact answer
I was looking for. Any advice help or advice would be great.
