Coversion to Disc Brakes

I want to convert my rear brakes to disc, any good post on what I need and how to.. I have a local salvage yard that just got in an 92 camaro with rear disc brakes. So I would like to know what I need and get it all at the same time.. I know I need the brake proporting value. I think that what its call.. Thanks for you help guys.

The proportioning valve is all I replaced. The master cylinder is the same. I take it you are replacing the whole rear end. That is what I did. If you are planning on just swapping brake parts, I am not sure what else you may need. Also, what year is your Camaro. If it is an 82 or 83, you may run into some SAE/Metric fitting conflicts with the 1992 parts.

If the 92 has PBR's, grab them or the entire rear end.

The PBR's are the best brakes that GM offered.

If you currently have discs, the swap shouldn't be a big deal (I detail swapping from Delco Moraine to PBR's in the above link). If you now have drums, axel-flange modification is necessary.
