C4 HD & LS1 Brake upgrade kits

Who sells these front brake upgrade kits for an '87 IROC with the stock setup and stock 16" IROC rims? I want to upgrade my front brakes since I am having trouble stopping at the end of the 1/4 mile w/ stock front brakes.........
