CPP's MCPV-1 Master cylinder: Is this what I need?
I hope somebody can help me.
I just ordered the CP31500 1" master cylinder from a local store and I'm not sure this is what I need.
The guy at the store didn't know and I had to place the order to secure the price.
After researching this I see that the bore for my car, which is a disk/drum setup, should be 15/16" while the one I ordered is 1".
This master cylinder is supposed to be universal with all the bells and whistle.
My understanding is that if I go with a bigger bore I will have to apply more pressure on the pedal and less travel.
Currently, I have to apply a lot of pressure with a lot of travel, basically my brakes are very poor this is the real reason I'm changing the MC.
What do you think, should I use this unit or call the store to change the order?
Anyone using this MC?

Thanks for your help.
