disc vs drum master cylinders

I was wondering if anyone has a link or knows the two digit/alphabet code that would identify a disc/disc and a disc/drum master cylinder?

I just checked a couple of 3rd gen camaros, and I have a feeling that:

1) "FX" = disc/drum
2) "FY" = disc/disc

are there any other codes that GM used throughout the years for the 3rd gens, or are those two pretty much it?

thanks!

Not sure a master cylinder change is necessary when swapping from drum to disc (or visa versa). I didn't do it - I just swapped out the proportioning valve when I installed my LS1 rear since there is a difference in how much fluid is sent to disc vs. drum. No one that swaps to rear discs does master cylinder that I have heard of.

Poster, you have a '92 year car... all master cylinders were the same for all cars years '91 and up, yours will be the same no matter if you have disc or drum or want to upgrade. Keep the one you have.

But per your question, the stickers are the only way I've been able to tell them apart.
