PBR Brakes

Need help in finding the part/'s which holds the brake pad in the caliper (anti rattle spring). Not sure if that's what it's called for the pbr brakes. I bought new brake pads and they didn't come with it and auto stores don't seem to carry it. A part number would be nice or at least to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks!

The new pads, or the ones I've dealt with, should have had those springs on them. My EBCs did. Like I said I have extras if you need some.

They come in the caliper hardware kits from NAPA. I had to buy the kits when I did my swap. It had the clips, the retainer pin and an e-clip.Brake Caliper Hardware Kit - Front Item#: UP 83014 Price: $8.49 . This is from the website, there is a picture there.

Will those clips fit the rear calipers? Because I need them for the rear brakes.

I thought you meant the fronts. I don't remember clips on the rear. Do you have pics?

The rear PBR pads don't use a clip. They have a spring on the top.

That is what I thought. They fit in the carrier and the springs hold the caliper tight. I wasn't sure if he had something different.

The only brakes I can think of that use something similiar is the delco rear disks on pre-89 cars.
