9bolt rear disc?

Car: 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 IROCZ
Engine: L98 350, mini ramed and camed
Transmission: T56 6 speed manual
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3:73 limited slip
9bolt rear disc?
Which way do the calipers face on a 9bolt. I noticed on mine that the drivers is facing the rear. And the passengers is facing the front. Is this right or is my car screwed up more then I thought. Thanks in advance for the help! Adam :-)

Transmission: A4, A4, slated to be a T56
That's just GM saving money... by using the same caliper on both sides they didn't have to have two models made, just swap sides and use the same backing plate, caliper, and rotor on both sides. Lazy but cost effective.

Engine: Procharged 5.7l
Transmission: t-56
Axle/Gears: stock 9 bolt 3.71
Normal for the rear but would sugest looking into a diffrent rear if you plan on any power, my 9 bolt has been rebuilt 3 times, im now saven for my 9 inch, and babying the 9 bolt.
