i need the nut so i can bolt this piece to the brake petal plate so my breaklights work. regular parts store won't carry it right? junk yard or get riped at gm?

its definitly a plastic nut right? i can't get like a metal one with the same threads? if i can i'll try matching it, unless anyone could just post the thread count / size.

there's no nut it just pushes into the metal plate down there.

 

the hole is bigger then the threads of the plastic piece.

i need a nut or some kind of bushing that clips into the metal bracket. i forget what it was from the factory. I'll hit the junk yard tommorow.

i was posting to gather some info on what extactly it is, and possibly a pic.
