LS1 rear brake part #s

Does anyone have a line on all of the GM part numbers for the 98+ LS1 rear brake upgrade? I keep finding conflicting part numbers, if I can ever find them at all. My main concern is the mount plates/backing plates, caliper abutments, brake line to caliper bolts, and any other miscellaneous pieces parts that will be necessary to complete the conversion. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the part numbers, but I'm still missing one, the backing plate/mount bracket that bolts to the rear axle tube. Like I said earlier, I found a part number, but it doesnt seem to exist to GM. Either way, thanks for the help.

Backing plates:

LH 10434796
RH 10434797

gmpartsdirect.com doesn't list them for some reason. Might have to go to the dealer or call Dal to get them. Those parts numbers include the parking brake portion also.
