Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
If you're talking about the "big brake upgrade" web site, it's got a SUPER-COMPLICATED url, that you'd never, not in a thousand years, expect to have anything to do with "big brake upgrade"; so be ready to type this exactly as you see it.

www.bigbrakeupgrade.com

There's others too, like ebmiller on this site for example I think supplies some of those; but from the way you asked, I think that's the one you're looking for.

I would go with ED over Big Brake upgrade. He seems like a stand up guy and has a good reputation on the board. I am always leery of some place that you can only contact via email and never get a phone number to talk with someone.

Yea.. No phone number, no business address, and no contact information other then an email. I was like WTF. what if I have a question. You can't talk to anybody.

I would not deal with them.

Just for reference the poster wants to run skinnies with C5 brakes, I don't think it will work:

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/brak...-skinnies.html

Let me know what I can do for you. If the $200 difference is the hold up we can work with that. The price I offer is for BRAND NEW GM C5 brakes, not seconds or rebuilds, and I include the following parts STANDARD in all C5/C6 kits:

Earl's DOT approved braided lines, Timken bearings, GM ceramic pads, and zinc plated hubs and brackets. Plus, don't forget to figure shipping into your final price. I feel I offer a great kit considering what I include. If you'd like me to quote you with a set of rebuilt C5 calipers, OE pads, and stock rubber lines, let me know and I'm sure the price will come down a bit. LMK..

Plus, I'm right here.

Ed

Ed, don't back down on your price.

I don't want you to not make it worth your while and loose all your R&D efforts.

To all you get what you pay for.

Ed's kit was of higher quality than the baer kit that I also have on another car.

Run smaller brakes or use a set of spacers big enough to get the brakes to clear the lip of the wheels. That's about all I can suggest to you, sorry.
