BRAKE TIME
You can back off on the parking brake adjuster
till you get slack in the line.
If the drum still won’t come off rotate your
star wheel adjuster to make the shoes pull away from the drum.

Of course you can, on a flat surface, release the e-brake and push the car back and forth (don't push it downhill or into a tree anywhere) till the drum lets loose. If the tire continues to not roll........
Get yourself a propane flame and heat up that drum all around (of course take the wheel off and jack it up, or put it on a hoist).
Heat that sucker up all around the drum. I like to take a hammer to it with a few swift knocks all around. Grab a pair of gloves and twist that drum back and forth to loosen it. Get in the drivers seat and crank that e-brake lever up and down. Get out and twist that drum again.
I like to douse the drum with a good helping of wd40 (of course NOT when the flame is around).
Repeat above steps until drum is loosened. I've always had luck with this method and never any problems afterwards

well i had plenty of slack in the line... the line was actually loose...
i dont think the ebrake had been engaged in a LONG time it was locked up inside the drum and it was locked up so much that it drug that tire instead of turning it
i ended up hitting it with a 2x4 like ten times and that shook it loose and then it worked like it was supposed to
thanks for the imput though!!!
