Installed new Calipers, now they won't bleed!!
I just installed new rotors, pads, and calipers and now I have a problem. The pass side caliper won't bleed. I have confirmed fluid to the rubber hose, but I can't get anything through the caliper. To prove that there is no fluid, I spun the tire manually and had my wife hold the brake pedal to the floor, and NOTHING, no stoppage at all.
Any ideas? A bad caliper maybe??

To the hose or from the hose? If you are getting fluid at the caliper end of the hose the caliper must be faulty.

Checked again... took the hose off at the caliper and lots of fluid is present.
Just got back from swapping out the caliper for a new one and same result!!
Any ideas? Could my hose be binding when I secure it to the caliper?

I thought the hose was binding up so I bought a new one and that seems to have fixed the fluid leak part of it.
I was able to begin bleeding the brakes, however it has been probably 6 total cycles (pump, pump, pump, hold -- bleed) and there is still air being vented out.
Is that normal?? Could it be that the pedal isn't being pushed in far enough?

Try 5 hard pumps and hold, and do it until no air comes out, and make sure your master cylinder level is up and not letting more air in the system

Sometimes it works better to have foot completely off of the pedal open the bleeder valve, depress pedal slowly but consistently until on the floor, close valve and repeat several times before using the pumping method. Sometimes the pumping action stirs the air up and makes it difficult to bleed.
