Bench bleed or power bleeder?

Car: 91 Camaro RS, 99 Camaro Z28
Engine: L03, LS1
Transmission: 700R4, T56
Axle/Gears: bunch of 10 bolts how scary is that
Bench bleed or power bleeder?

I have a Motive power bleeder system. Can I just flush the whole system with it and not have to bench bleed or do I still need to bench bleed the master before I install it.
