Engine: 350 TPI Vortec 472RWHP
Transmission: Tremec TKO
Axle/Gears: 7.625/3.73
where can I find adapter plate for C5 Brakes?
as C6 ZO6 setup fit C5 as a direct bolt on , I should put them easily if I can find a bracket to put C5 brake setup on third gen.....

Check out www.bigbrakeupgrade.com he sells just the modified spindle with the hub and bracket and then you can get your own calipers and rotors. Shipping overseas may be a little steap though. He also sells just the bracket if you want to modify your own spindles and make your own hubs.
