RS rotors different then Z28?

I have a Z28 and when I went to get wheel bearings they would not fit. I had to get RS wheel bearing to get them to fit. I know my car was recked and this was most likely the part that was changed. Since the bearing thing I just ended up wounding if they are different other then the bearings.

No, they are the same.

You probably got what the book listed for "high performance" brakes, or similar verbage. That would be the 1LE rotors. Which ARE different.

But, VERY VERY few cars have those. Virtually all Z28s and RSs use the same rotors.

Re: RS rotors different then Z28?

Z28/RS are standard brakes (unless 1LE) = Set 34 outer, Set 6 inner;
"Performance package" brakes = 1LE = Set 3 outer, Set 6 inner.
