New brakes...left side stiff!

Well I just swapped all my brakes onto my 12 bolt and the right side is perdect a little drag...the left side i can barely spin the rotor. (new rotors and pads)
It almost seems like the outside pad is too thick..or the rotor is too far out.
SHould i just file it down? I have checked it like 4 times and dont see anything wrong other that the outside pad is holding it tight!

You didn’t indicate you had trouble
installing your pads, and you would
had trouble if the pads
or rotors were too thick.
Therefore change your brake hoses.
